The breakfasts were delicious, the double queen bed room was comfortable, and the location was superb for visiting Hyde Street Pier.

Clean and ideal place, has nice views of the Harbor. The location is incredible, 5 minutes' walk to a public square. Area is very nice and really close to many restaurants and a short walk, the Pier, the trolley, turnabout, beach at Pier Park, and Fisherman's Wharf, eating establishments👍👍

I enjoyed a satisfying dinner at the restaurant with delicious dishes and appreciated having a shower and a hairdryer available.

Generally, it's a clean hotel with outstanding breakfasts. Smart personnel who understand the value of service. The location is unbeatable and amazing, close to the Alcatraz ferry. If I return to San Francisco, I would stay there again.

Absolutely prime location. You leave the hotel and you are directly on the mile to the pier. A short walk and you are at the Hard Rock Cafe and can walk along the pier. Safe location, good spacious rooms. Hotel is professionally managed. In the lobby are internet PCs, printers e.g. for boarding cards. We were there before check in and the luggage was safely and reliably stored. We walked to China Town and the Coit Tower. In San Francisco you can surely stay for 20 dollars less, but you have to accept long distances. We come back here.

When booking, the impression was created that parking is free (Parking available). But of course it is not for free with this location. Nevertheless 40 dollars a night is not from bad parents. That could be a little cheaper.

This place has an amazing location, very close to China Town and other main areas with upscale restaurants. The breakfast included lacks variety and the muffin is a disappointment.

Reasonably large rooms with a sofa and 2 queen beds. the marvellous location right in the middle of Pier 39 is the most important highlight.

The location of this place is fantastic, being very near the Cable car ride, a park, and the bay.

The location of this hotel is great for the first time visitor to the city. It is one block from the wharf, one block from the Hyde/Powell cable car turnaround and restrauants everywhere to choose from.

There is now pool or jacuzzi.

Rooms are clean and offer a great view of the Harbor. Comfortable decor and spacious bathroom. The hotel has an unbeatable location in a beautiful area, just a short walk from Hyde Street Pier. Conveniently located near major sights, plenty of food options, and Union Square with restaurants.

Loved the location. The people that worked there were very nice and helpful. Rooms were nice, a little pricey but I am sure that is because of the location.

If I was them, I would not recommend the "On / Off" city bus tour. The worst big city tour I have ever been on. There was no narrator and a pathetic recorded tour with really bad music in between the so called information on the city.
